2025 Highland Wrestling Club Registration 

1) Folkstyle Regular Season will run from December to the state tournament on March 8th-9th. 

- Freestyle practices will be offered in April/May

- Summer workouts will be offered in June/July! 

- Preseason open mat for members in Sept/Oct

2) Practices typically are on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:00-7:15 at Highland MS (wrestling room - Door M)

3) Club dues cost TBA for the 2025 Club Season -

cash or check payable to Highland Wrestling Club

3) The purchase of a USA Wrestling membership is required  *$45 on usawmembership.com 

*You will not be able to participate without one!

4) Equipment for practice: Wrestling shoes, soft practice clothes, water bottle, headgear and mouthguard (if wrestler has braces)

*Competition Singlet will be included with registration.
